Technology Initatives
Create a standard set of technology to support any Client hotel, pub or restaurant location. Specifically this will include; PCs, front of House POS, printers, wireless points, network and Internet connections, together with a set of standards on each component use eg. standard directory structures, software lists, security settings.
Setting operational standards and processes including; backup and restore, remote connectivity for information centralisation, help and support escalation (particularly for customer facing technology)
Providing wireless access for customers and includes; technology selection, billing options and implementation.
Providing wireless hand held terminals for customers to pay their bills and includes; technology selection and implementation.
Analysing what information is needed to permit the Client hotel, pub or restaurant locations to be managed without having to visit each location on a daily or weekly basis and implementing new or modified information gathering and distribution processes to support this better management. The initiative includes; payroll, order process, profitability analysis, cash flow analysis and forecasting.
